Los Nevados National Park
Los Nevados National Park is located in the Cordillera Central of the Colombian Andes. It includes several thermal levels with the Andean forests, páramo, permanent snow and glaciers. The highest peak of the park - an active volcano of Nevado del Ruiz (5,321m) lies in the northern part of the park but it's the southern part with the second-highest peak of the park - Nevado del Tolima (5,216m) that offers less crowds and a genuine feeling of remoteness.
Tayrona National Park
Tayrona might not sound like a typical climbing destination but there are literally thousands of granite boulders scattered around the park so just put your climbing shoes on, chalk your fingers and climb!
